Costaisa once again attended the IoT Solutions World Congress in Barcelona. The event closed its doors last week with the confirmation that it has become the benchmark for international trade fairs regarding the Internet of Things.
This was the third edition of the congress, which exceeds previous participation figures each year. Over 250 speakers, 240 participating companies and around 50,000 visitors from 70 different countries had the chance to share experiences and new ways of using the technology that promises to revolutionise our lives and industry in the forthcoming years.
IoT has proved to be a key discipline on the road map of the digital transformation strategy of companies. Industries such as health, energy, urbanisation, construction, security and logistics are already incorporating chips that monitor the functioning and activity of many things around us. Those chips provide a huge amount of data each day that is converted into useful information and then used to improve the products and services we provide.
