COSTAISA group has developed a System of Quality Management based on ISO standards.
To ensure the quality of our services COSTAISA has developed a continuous improvement model that began with obtaining Certified Information Security and the right to use the AENOR corresponding with Company Registration number SI-0055 / 2009 evidencing compliance with Management System UNE-ISO/IEC 27001:2007.
Currently we also have ISO 9001:2008 Certificate of Quality Management Systems.
For SISElectromedicina a company of COSTAISA group we have obtained the ISO certifications, corresponding to the 9001 Certificate of Quality Management Systems and ISO 13485 Medical devices for the Certificate. Management systems quality. Requirements for regulatory purposes and rights to use the AENOR corresponding numbers ER-0343/2011 Company Registration in the case of 9001 and the registration number for GS-0003/2011 13485.
