Costaisa Group strengthens its leadership in SAP Healthcare following the award of the comprehensive SAP service for Sant Joan de Reus University Hospital
Costaisa Group has been awarded the contract for the maintenance, support, and evolution of the SAP financial and logistics management platform at Sant Joan de Reus University Hospital. This award ensures the continuity and expansion of an existing relationship based on SAP technical excellence, deep knowledge of the hospital environment, and closeness and responsiveness.
The project includes comprehensive 24x7 technical and functional support, agile incident resolution, adaptation to new regulations, and the implementation of continuous improvements in procurement, finance, logistics, and clinical billing processes, including the integration of document management (Saperion) and process automation (Kofax) solutions.
The proposed infrastructure will be deployed on Huawei Cloud, with separate environments for production, testing, and document management. Advanced security mechanisms, a robust business continuity plan, and backup and contingency policies have been planned to ensure data availability and protection.
