This is the main healthcare congress in Spain, organized annually by SEDISA and ANDE, and in this 24th edition, it has brought together more than 3,000 professionals in Zaragoza under the motto "Leading the transformation of the healthcare sector."

In a context marked by a focus on health outcomes, the integration of patient experience, and system sustainability, our team presented three communications selected for oral presentation, addressing key challenges in the digital transformation of healthcare management:

  • "Implementation of PROMs and PREMs to improve the follow-up and continuity of care for patients treated with Outpatient Hospital Medication using a digital platform," presented by Jordi Campo de Juan, Health Director, who showed how integrating patient-reported outcomes and experiences into digital platforms contributes to more personalized follow-up, facilitates clinical decision-making, and promotes continuity of care, aligning with trends in humanization and efficiency in healthcare.
  • "How to move from ‘suffering management' to ‘being able to manage' Resident training," presented by Josep de la Fuente San, Business Development Manager, who presented an innovative initiative to transform MIR training management, facilitating the planning, follow-up, and evaluation of training processes, and promoting the autonomy and professional development of residents in a digitalized environment.
  • "A successful experience of a CDSS for pharmaceutical prescription: Implementation in a tertiary hospital," presented by Rafa Pardo, Senior eHealth Consultant, who shared the results of implementing a Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS) in pharmaceutical prescription, highlighting improvements in patient safety, process efficiency, and the integration of technology into daily clinical practice.
