Costaisa successfully completes the migration of the new CMBD CatSalut Emergency Module

Pantalla de DataConnectCoinciding with the implementation of the new module of the Minimum Basic Set of Emergency Data (CMBD-UR) by CatSalut, Costaisa has completed the migration of its solution of integration of healthcare information, DataConnect, to comply with the new requirements of the Health Administration.

DataConnect currently has an important base installed in the territory of Catalonia, a fact that suggested an important impact on this new CMBD-UR version. The update has been a success, and all the centers that use our platform have been able to start communicating the records to CatSalut according to the established deadlines.

The CMBD is a population register that collects information on the activity carried out in health centers in Catalonia, and is based on the information provided by its entire healthcare network.

Costaisa developed DataConnect seven years ago to cover this need to send mandatory notification data to Public Administration and insurers: Minimum Basic Data Set (CMBD), Emergency, Hospitalization (AH), Specialized and Ambulatory Care (AEA), Socio-sanitary, acute day hospitals, PADES, Primary Care, Record of Waiting Lists (Surgical, External Consultations and Diagnostic Tests), Derivations of Waiting Lists, Registry of Arthroplasties in Catalonia (RACAT) and the Integral Emergencies Plan of Catalonia (PIUC).
