Cybersecurity in healthcare medical devices under the ENS, under debate at Fenin

Dispositivo médicoCostaisa attended a technical conference organized by the Spanish Federation of Healthcare Technology Companies (Fenin) to analyze cybersecurity problems and solutions in medical and healthcare devices, and from the perspective of the National Security Scheme (ENS), a regulation that establishes the security measures that the Spanish Public Administrations and the companies that collaborate with them in the provision of services must comply with.

Costaisa is fully aware and prepared to face these challenges since at the beginning of this year it obtained the ENS certificate in its consulting activity, implementation of technological solutions and outsourcing of services (development, system administration, hosting and user support), in the health and insurance sector.

Founded in 1977, Fenin was born with the mission of bringing together Spanish companies in the medtech sector, coordinating and defending their general interests, and representing them before the regional, national and European authorities. It currently represents more than 80% of the health technology sector in the Spanish market, which generates 25,500 jobs and 7,800 million in turnover.
