The FesTIbity once again brings together the "friends" of the Faculty of Informatics of Barcelona
The impact of technology on the new normality has been the protagonist of the FesTIbity, the computer science festival, which this year celebrates its 18th anniversary and brings together technology experts and managers from the main information technology companies in the industrial fabric Catalan, like Costaisa, who has also fulfilled this obligatory appointment.
Among the winners in this edition, our AI partner, Amalfi Analytics, stands out in the Fiberemprenedors category, which is awarded each year to relevant companies promoted by Fibers that have promoted a relevant business project. Founded in 2017 as a "spin-off" of the UPC, the founding team is made up of Julianna Ribera (COO), a doctor who provides clinical knowledge, Ricard Gavaldà (CEO) and Martí Zamora (CTO), who bring scientific and technological knowledge.
The FesTIbity is promoted by the Faculty of Informatics of Barcelona (FIB - Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya) and FIBAlumni (FIB alumni association), which brings together companies from the sector, professionals, the university community, alumni and ICT personalities.
