Costaisa supports the IX National Congress SEFSE-AReDA of Specialized Health Training
Once again, at Costaisa we have had the privilege to attend and support the IX National Congress SEFSE-AReDA of Specialized Health Training, which today opens its doors in Donostia-San Sebastián. It is a mandatory meeting for all actors of the specialized health training and where the community of tutors, study heads, and residents come together to debate, think of improvements, and activate change.
This year, under the motto "Un viaje de ida y vuelta. El valor de lo público", the congress has focused on the challenges and opportunities for professionals, the sustainable development of the health system, resident well-being, and the transformative role of specialized training for a strong and equitable public system.
We begin three intense days of round tables, practical workshops, debate forums, and scientific communications on employment, professional future, innovative methodologies (such as IA y simulación avanzada en docencia clínica), competency evaluation, and the impact of social determinants on global health—with the participation of the main voices in the sector.
Meeting each year at this congress allows us to share experience with our clients, as well as inspire us with the main trends impacting specialized health training, which we transfer to Docentis: the most widespread management solution for healthcare specialist training in our country.
