Costaisa Group, a pioneering Spanish company in the Information Technology (IT) sector since 1968, has announced the acquisition of the Catalan company Becomit. This operation, which joins the one already carried out in 2023 with Davinci TI, consolidates Costaisa Group's ambitious growth strategy, focused on expanding its service offering and strengthening its position in the Spanish market.
The incorporation of Becomit, with over 30 years of experience supporting its clients in digital transformation projects, brings valuable know-how and a broad customer portfolio to the group. The union of both companies will allow offering a more complete and competitive value proposition, thanks to the synergies that will be generated in key areas such as IT governance, cloud and infrastructure, 24x7 managed services, workplace, data analytics, cybersecurity and application development. In addition, Costaisa Group also has business areas focused on Health, SAP solutions and others focused on People, such as change management solutions, elearning and professional talent provision services.
