Costaisa has taken on the Optimisation Project for the Processes of the Fundación Puigvert. The objective of the project is to identify the existing logistics, investment and maintenance processes and redesign them to ensure their efficiency.
The project is divided into three areas: Department Analysis, Identifying the areas for improvement and redesign the existing processes and finally, Design the Investment Process and the Maintenance Plan.
