Costaisa - Costaisa will attend the main healthcare quality congress of Chile - News

In November 2014, Costaisa will participate in the 8th Congress of the Chilean Society for Healthcare Quality by presenting the ScoM software for the certification and quality management of health centres. We will also present the successful case "ListPlus, a successful solution for the certification of Clínica Santa Maria de Santiago".

The congress will be focused on the quality management of the patient, the continuous improvement of clinical processes and the evaluation of the user point of view. To this end, national and international experts have gathered to share their experience on subjects related to patient autonomy and safety, health related infection programs and adverse event surveillance, clinical simulation and healthcare safety, among others.
