Costaisa sponsors the 1st Farupeib Awards and will award two Phemium PRM licenses to the winning projects
On June 2 and 3, the main referents in Hospital Pharmacy in our country will meet in Menorca to attend the VII FARUPEIB Annual Conference (Pharmacists, Balearic Islands Outpatient Units), where more than 120 specialists are expected to attend of the entire Spanish geography.
Costaisa will have the honor of presenting the FARUPEIB Award to the two Pharmaton winning projects, which includes having an annual license for Phemium Patient Relationship Management (Phemium PRM) on which the Naveta application promoted by the association is deployed, for the follow-up of patients through the use of PROM and PREM questionnaires.
Phemium is a solution developed by Costaisa that allows managing the relationship between any healthcare provider and their patients, fully integrated with the HIS and the patient area. It offers a teleconsultation environment and interaction tools (chat and document sending, forms, PROM and PREM questionnaires, chatbots, alarms, sending appointments and prescriptions, among others), both from the perspective of the patient and the professional.
Naveta is a project deployed with Phemium to expedite patient follow-up, establishing a direct relationship channel to follow up through questionnaires, resolve doubts, educate them on their pathology and treatment, promote healthy habits, etc. It offers a simple interaction channel that allows adapting the care experience flexibly depending on the profile of each patient, and agilely modulate care programs in the event of possible changes in the observed results.
The conferences have the endorsement of the Balearic Medical Academy and will include the participation of Brett Simmonds, a leading member of the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP), who will offer a keynote addressing pharmaceutical prescription from an international point of view with practical examples and global vision .
