Costaisa renews its Quality Management certification, expanding the scope to Docentis implementation and maintenance services
AENOR reiterates the certification of our Quality Management System according to UNE EN ISO 9001:2015, as it has successfully passed the recent renewal audit of the management and customer service processes, which we have wanted to extend to the supervision of the activities related to the customization, integration and implementation of our solution for monitoring the activity of residents in specialized health training, called Docentis.
Costaisa obtained its certificate in 2011 and has successfully passed all the audits carried out to date. The renewal audit process is carried out every three years and the follow-up one, every year, and it is a requirement of the certification itself to determine that compliance with the requirements of the certified standards is maintained, in the scope that is determined.
AENOR is a founder and member of the International Certification Association, IQNet, the largest international association of management system certification bodies. With the award of the ISO, AENOR also grants the IQNet certificate, widely recognized and valued in the international markets where Costaisa operates.
