Costaisa renews its ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 20000-1, ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and ENS certifications
Costaisa has passed the renewal and follow-up audits of its quality management, environment, information technology services, information security management, business continuity management and national security scheme certificates, which guarantee our customers our commitment to excellence and sustainability.
The corresponding ISO 9001 Quality Management (SGC), ISO 14001 Environmental Management (SGMA), ISO 20000-1 Information Technology Service Management System (SGS), ISO 27001 Information Security Management System ( SGSI), ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management System (SGCN) and the National Security Scheme (ENS) have been evaluated by AENOR and have an international scope.
This new milestone has been possible thanks to our Integrated Management System (GIS), which in its deployment guarantees quality and excellence in management and customer service, as well as preventing pollution derived from our activity. It covers all processes related to the environment and customer service processes, as well as the associated strategic and support procedures.
ISO 20000-1 demonstrates the weight of information technology in our processes aimed at providing services to our clients, and ISO 27001 and 22301 reaffirm our commitment to the best information security practices and that we are prepared to quickly overcome any operational interruption and ensure a continuous and efficient service. In addition, compliance with the National Security Scheme (ENS) evidences that our organization complies with the security standards established to protect information.
