Costaisa renews its commitments to information security, environmental and quality management
Costaisa has once again successfully passed the follow-up audits of its ISO 20000-1 (Information Technology Service Management), ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 9001 (Quality Management) certificates, and the renewal of its ISO 27001 (Information Security Management) certificate, as well as its certificate in the National Security Scheme (ENS), carried out by AENOR.
These achievements reflect our continued commitment to excellence in three key areas:
- Information Security: maintaining rigorous controls, assessing risks and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information for our customers, employees and partners.
- Environmental Management: calculating our carbon footprint, promoting energy efficiency and raising environmental awareness throughout the organization.
- Quality Management: focusing on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and operational excellence, aligning ourselves with international standards to guarantee high quality products and services.
The renewal audit process takes place every three years and is a requirement of the certification itself to determine that our management systems continue to comply with the standard. These certifications are not only a recognition of our past efforts, but also a commitment to continuity for the future.
