The Phemium telemedicine platform obtains the CENS Quality Seal
Costaisa Group has received the Telemedicine Software Quality Seal for its Phemium platform, awarded by the National Center for Health Information Systems (CENS) of Chile. This certification guarantees that Phemium meets the highest technical and clinical standards, in line with national regulations and major international frameworks, facilitating interoperability, cybersecurity, and quality in remote services for professionals and patients.
The CENS accreditation, required by FONASA for its healthcare providers, allows the platform to be registered as a certified technology operator, enabling the provision and funding of telemedicine services under public insurance. Phemium integrates with leading hospital systems and is capable of managing complex processes—from teleconsultation and telerehabilitation to remote monitoring and the secure transmission of clinical information—thus consolidating itself as a flexible and scalable tool for healthcare institutions.
This certification validates Costaisa's ability to respond to the regulatory challenges of telemedicine, strengthening the integration between technology and safe medical care. It also enhances the ability to incorporate new care scenarios and facilitates access to public insurance coverage, consolidating the future of connected health in Spain and Latin America.
Obtaining the CENS Telemedicine Software Quality Seal reaffirms Costaisa Group's approach, an IT services company with more than 600 professionals dedicated to offering consulting services in information technologies, change management, application development and modernization, data analytics, and cybersecurity, among others.
