Phemium PRM, pioneer in the systematization of PROMs in Spain and aligned with OECD standards

OECD PROM PREMPhemium PRM is aligned with the main recommendations of the OECD report for the promotion and systematization of Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs), positioning itself as an advanced and exemplary solution regarding the integration of these instruments into real clinical practice, especially for chronic diseases.

The OECD report highlights that health systems must advance towards the systematic collection of PROMs and PREMs to improve care quality through a patient-centered model, with special focus on:

  • Digitalization of the measurement and monitoring process of patient-reported outcomes.
  • Use of interoperable platforms that securely and automatically integrate this data into clinical practice and decision-making.
  • Promoting personalization, longitudinal follow-up, and analysis of aggregated data to identify inequities and areas for health improvement.

Phemium PRM is a platform with infrastructure compatible with European data protection standards, which enables:

  • Routine collection and monitoring of electronic PROMs and PREMs (ePROMs/ePREMs) for 24 pathologies, with 140 PROM forms implemented.
  • Real-time monitoring of individual and group results, with dashboards for professionals and direct access for patients.
  • Customization of protocols and digital questionnaires specific to each pathology.
  • Integration of automatic alerts and follow-up assisted by a data manager to improve adherence and "humanize" the digital process.

High levels of implementation and satisfaction in hospitals and centers across different autonomous communities.
Phemium PRM is a national benchmark in innovation for VBHC (Value-Based Health Care) in Spain, and complies with and exceeds many of the 2025 OECD recommendations for PROMs systematization, standing out in the wide spectrum of pathologies covered and its parametrization and adaptation capacity to each required use case.
