Technical session on best practices in spreadsheet management with Bold Workplanner
Costaisa and Global Planning Solutions (GPS) have organized a webinar to present two best practices in the use of Bold Workplanner, the most widely used spreadsheet management solution nationwide. Pablo Plaza, Director of Nursing at the Clínica Nuestra Sra. de la Paz and the Centro San Juan de Dios de Ciempozuelos in Madrid, and Mª Ángeles García Monge, Nursing Supervisor in the Area of Professional Management at the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau in Barcelona, were the guest speakers at the event to share their experiences.
Spreadsheet tracking is one of the main headaches for Human Resources and Nursing teams, and the speakers agreed that before the implementation of the solution, it could take between 60 and 70% of the working day for those responsible for managing them to organize the spreadsheets to ensure optimal service coverage and avoid overlapping shifts.
