The Naveta telepharmacy initiative is selected for the Quirónsalud International Patient Experience Seminar

Seminario de experiencia de paciente QuironsaludThe Naveta project "Management of care programs and remote patient monitoring" has been selected as an outstanding communication at the III International Seminar on Patient Experience, organized by Quirónsalud and attended by more than 300 professionals in the auditorium of the Hospital Universitari Dexeus, and has also been broadcast via streaming.

Quirónsalud is one of the health providers most sensitive to the experience of its patients and in this edition it wanted to share international experiences with three leading figures in the field from the United States: Dr. Thomas Howell, deputy medical director of Patient Experience and president of the Community Division of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Mayo Clinic; Dr. Jason Dupuis, Director of Patient Experience at PM Pediatrics of New York; and Jason A. Wolf, president and CEO of the Beryl Institute.

Promoted by FARUPEIB, Naveta is a community open to health professionals with the aim of promoting and evaluating the impact of the use of care protocols oriented towards value-based medicine. It is based on the use of PROM and PREM, which are questionnaires established by the scientific community to follow up patients.
