Patient experience, training, robotics, metaverse, data and artificial intelligence at the 2nd FSE Showroom
The second edition of the ICT Showroom organized by the Fundació Salut Empordà (FSE) has established itself as a must-attend event in the sector to observe and test first-hand the industry's proposals for innovation in healthcare. Patient experience, training, robotics, metaverse, data and artificial intelligence were the main areas represented in this edition.
The FSE invited a selection of leading companies in digital health to share their main lines of work directly with the professionals who have to use them. The auditorium of the Hospital de Figueres became a free access area where the organizers estimate that around 150 professionals attended.
Costaisa was present presenting its most innovative products such as Phemium, our Patient Relationship Management (PRM); frontHIS, our healthcare experience hub; Sanicost, for billing and internal provisioning; CDSS, our prescription assistant; or Docentis, for monitoring residents. The latter, in fact, has recently been successfully implemented in all ESF healthcare facilities, which have residents in training.
With more than 700 years of history and nearly 900 workers, the FSE is the reference healthcare network for the Alt Empordà population, and provides primary care health services (Basic Health Area of l'Escala), specialized care (Figueres Hospital) and socio-health care (Bernat Jaume Social and Health Center).
